My yoga sometimes turns into cat yoga. I have one VERY cuddly cat, and if you sit still for more than about 30 seconds, she's there trying to get comfy. I keep having to brush her off. She does it in the morning when I'm sitting on my sofa having coffee and watching the news, too. Makes it kind of hard to get moving and get to work sometimes. This morning was particularly difficult, because it's quite cool here and I wanted to just cozy up with her and stay home. Grudgingly, I moved her off me and showed up to work.

I like this thread. And it’s Wednesday. I’m off work today. Too exhausted to go in. Took a day to reset. Physically and spiritually. It’s great how humor helps us recover from tough times. I’ll get a good hair salon appointment in too. Maybe some purple would be cool. Thank you so much Weekenders! Is there a new one every weekend?

I think there are always alternatives Kaily - The Blue Nurses/Blue Care have done a lot for me for example, and they're not expensive here.

Just about to drop my car off at the garage, booked it in last week as something isn’t right so hoping it’s not an expensive fix! I hear you Sao, where did summer go? It’s horrid today and I am going to have to get the wood burner going as it’s just below comfortable in my old cottage. Going to have a paperwork and adulting day today, been putting it off but no time like the present hey!

Thanks everyone Bit calmer this morning, see what today brings.

Manta I get butterflies when I take my car to the garage, its pretty old so always costs money. Last week it cost me £367 but that was partly my fault as I kept driving it when I needed new brake pads so had to have new discs as well! Plus lots of other bits and pieces.
Hope yours is a minor tighten a screw type thing.
