I’ve watched and read this article about five times. I also read about this young woman’s history of ptsd from an abusive relationship. I relate to her so much, she found that getting sober was the only way to get through her struggles. She admits it’s extremely difficult, but her video at the bottom of the article shows her physical changes and she looks so much happier than when drinking its night and day. When I struggled this weekend I watched it again. Want to share again, maybe her story can help some of us struggling with quitting, and overcoming a horrific past.

I love that quote Ready, it’s so helpful to see that even a person that’s young, talented, and free spirited can quit. The change in her spirit is obvious, she shows she can still live an exciting life and isn’t hidden away living a dull life. I relate so much to her, especially the men part. “ some of them never even deserved to touch my body”
