getting confused

i drank monday so am 6 days sober i am getting my days confused because of my meds keep thinking it was last week
my head is scrabbled

Not sure your meds are supposed to scramble your brain. Talk to your doc about it. It may be if you lose track of time like that, you might also forget when you last took your meds. Perhaps write down when you take them so you know you are not accidentally taking more than prescribed.
