Hi Doris, if you haven’t had therapy and if it is an option for you, I highly recommend. It helped me not just with staying sober, but finding myself again, identifying my values and finding my purpose. I went weekly the first year. Now I still go occasionally. I just went yesterday and it had been a while. I felt amazing after. I do agree with Dee that some days are better than others no matter what. There will still be ups and downs and feelings of emptiness. Maybe it’s ok to sit with those feelings and be ok with it, know it will pass

along the lines of other posts i was reminded that there is a thin line between boredom and serenity.
other than that I myself am having a heck of a lot of fun at random AA mtgs meeting ppl hearing their stories and sharing parts of mine.
but if u just want to moan thats fine too sometimes
