Just went to to the local store and picked up Nature Made Daily energy and fish oil and have been taking a b12 supplement as well. Was curious what other dietary supplements others were on in early sobriety as I know many of our bodies have been mineral deprived. Also have heard drinking distilled water is good for clearing toxins out of the body but you miss important minerals.

I took a multivitamin - not sure if it helped but it didn't seem to hurt.
I'd urge everyone with health issue or on meds to check with their Dr or at least do a bit of research before they take supplements

I take a multi and a b12 supp about every other day.
I try to eat fresh vegetables and fruit daily. I also try to cook my own protien versus get it from a can.
The main thing was to quit drinking, my diet was not the priority.
I suffered continually dwindling hellish recovery for over 2 years. Now at 4 years clean I still crave at times but have strong enough habit patterns to do nondrinker things.
