Grateful for 2 years today
No longer a "wine-drinking woman, desperate to stop", as I called myself in my first thread here, celebrating two full years of ZERO ALCOHOL.

What a blessing these months of good health, restful sleep, this reawakening -- to true living -- have been.

If I can do it, YOU can too! Thanks so much to this community for the support, which I still visit often and learn from every time. I am no expert, but I have done it -- so if I can help anyone with encouragement, or my experience, ask away. (I quit on my own, with support and lessons learned and re-learned by the posters on this forum.) I'm not complacent, but I'm happy to be celebrating this milestone.
