How to delete or edit a post ,

Anyone here please guide me how can I delete or edit a thread or post ?
Thanks

after posting, you have a few minutes to go back and edit that same post. after that you would need to ask one of the mods or admins to remove a post.

Rarely are posts/threads deleted unless they break the rules. After submitting a post, you have 15 minutes to edit.

Hi I @Dee74 - I can't PM you but I would appreciate if you would consider removing my post. I realize I may have included too many personal details and would greatly appreciate if the post was taken down. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Hi Cmw - do you mean post, or thread?

Your only posts and threads are nearly a year old?

Hi @Dee74 - I'd like to remove the initial post, along with the replies. I just noticed it may creep up in Google results and that freaks me out. :)

As the thread is in another forum the mod of that forum really needs to look at it.
I'll pass it on.

Keep in mind tho that when people sign up we make it pretty plain our posts are public and searchable..and we also have a rule against deleting threads when no rules have been broken, as it's not really fair to the other people who took time out to post to you.

The FFSA mod may see it differently tho :)

Thanks I appreciate it.

@Dee74 is there anyone I can reach out to directly about this? I was in a very vulnerable spot when I wrote that post and I am uncomfortable with the detail shared. It was more of a venting session, and less of a helpful post in my opinion. Please help :(
