Fear ,loneliness and insecurity !
Hi all,
Yes we have to be grateful for the things that we have to conquer the fear and accept the life as it is and so on .... but wanted someone's experiences that how did you defeat the fear in your life ???

I believe there is only fear and love. Open yourself to give love and receive love. Martin Luther King says it best: Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

Accept everything as is; the way it is meant to be. You have no control over anything outside of what you can control ( which is very little). Live in the present moment and find a deeper connection to the world and Universe. Live mindfully and meditate.

- Be friendly to others
- Learn to meditate
- Do things that interest you
- When you have to do things that don't interest you, find something interesting about them (even if it's just counting the warts on the boss' chin)
- When even that doesn't work, see #2 above
