I didn’t really even have withdrawals this time. I think that’s why it’s been so tempting to give in tonight. I’m also bored. But I’ve been really detached and doing things I would never do lately because of my drinking. I’m just trying to get sober this time because I’m sick of feeling unhealthy and not showing up for the people I love.

4 days of sobriety is great, so keep going. :)

If you're bored, try to think of something you can do that will help distract you. Can you get outside and do something, or maybe go to a movie, meet up with a sober friend, whatever works for you. It's hard early on, but it will be worth it.

Four days sober is a great start! :) When I was in early recovery, I walked my dogs a lot. It kept me sober and the dogs liked all the walks. :)

Great job on 4 days, Jack! Take it slow and steady one day at a time!
