What a beautiful morning 😊, so it's my birthday today. My son woke up more excited than me lol. He brought me out of his own pocket money, a bunch of red roses (love flowers)........ box of chocolates..... ( his favorite lol )
Body spray (my usual smell ) .........grey scented candles (my front room colour scheme).......... and a beautiful card with a beautiful message inside which made me cry 😊
The thought that went into those presents is priceless.
I'm so proud of my son (he's 13)
He's aware of some of my struggles and I know how proud he is off me.
So yeah today is a beautiful day, I have no pressure in the thought of going out getting smashed, I couldn't think of a worse thing to happen right now.
Tonight I have circuits and after my son and me are going to have a Chinese together to share my day.
I wouldn't want to be with anyone else.
My friends are going to come out with me at a later date to celebrate sober with a meal.
It sure does get better, it sure is a better way to live.
