This may be the third time I’ve posted here with desires to quit drinking....after going back out these last 4days...I can’t sleep with all my anxiety...I honestly almost died after hitting a dumpster on the street...thank god nobody else was hurt but that car is totaled....im currently leaving my family for an in patient facility to help kick my habit of binge drinking for good....god has giving me so many chances...I feel I don’t have many left...my wife should have been left me but she’s still here...my body hurts from all the booze and from the accident...I will post more about my journey as I have to keep it going every day....as alcohol free...it’s gonna take my life if I don’t. For anyone with a similar story...please learn from my mistakes and be present in life...we only get to do this once

Thanks...I can’t rest my mind so I can go to sleep as it’s 3 am where I live....my body is trying to recover from what I’ve drank but my body’s hot

Thanks...going into day 2 sober but I feel awful as another hour passed and my body is working the toxins out...this alcohol is not good as my head keeps itching and I feel hot
