Day 30
 

Hi - day 30 for me here. Have had a back injury over the weekend which had the Dr prescribe strong pain killers. I took the bare minimum- have noticed an increase in paranoid thoughts and general depression/anxiety.

I'm trying to stop myself telling myself stories that arent true...but I have to say the bad feelings are strong when they come :( it feels awful. I wonder if my injury and medication made it all worse?

Congratulations on thirty days, that is great.
Sorry about your back, I have a bad back, too, so I can understand what you're going through.
Were you having these bad thoughts before you started on the medication?
If not the med. may be the culprit. I would talk to your doctor about it.
Great going on a month, though.
