Our attitude is often the answer...
The attitude which we all bring along with ourselves, can either be a path to a happy, healthy recovery or a road to relapse.
I`ve heard it said that awareness, commitment and action, are but a few areas that we should concentrate on, with regard to our attitude toward our recovery. As change doesn`t always come easily, I`m sure that there are lots of other areas as well. For me, accountability immediately comes to mind. No one else can EVER take the blame nor the credit for my being in recovery, the reason(s) why it became necessary, or it`s success or failure.
Still yearnin` for learnin`...
