A little laugh for you 😃😃
 

Evening all 😃 so you know I've started my little fitness regime, well here's a little funny for you to laugh at.
I started a new class last week, I was a little nervous, I introduced myself to the instructor, (he was quite a looker ladies 😜) so we began our warm up, jogging on the spot, easy enough you say, gathering speed in tune an time with the instructor, he started to hop, so I did.
Only to realise he lost his balance 😂😂😂 but I was hopping Like a prize idiot in front of all the class. It's was the funniest thing, I felt a right plum, luckily ive a good sense of humour, I think the instructor felt sorry for me 😜😝😂😂.
Anyway I'm still sober, still going classes 😂. I did 10 miles over the weekend walking/running.
Hope I made one of you smile at my expense 😜

😂 Awwww gawd ill try my best snowy lol, today has been a good day for me. I've been thinking about getting a dog for awhile, so today I went to see some puppies. I pick up my new pooch 7th may. She's a kelpie collie cross. Company, loyal snuggles and running companion. She's adorable. Everything is falling into place 😃

Nice one, they need a lot of work and training. Got your work cut out.
I always wanted a border collie but could never justify it because I wouldn’t be able to give it what it needs because I work too much.
My friend has two and they are her life.

Exciting stuff, I’m sure you’ll have great times and make good memories with her.

I'm so excited, my son has already named her 'lola' looking forward when I can get out an run with her 😃

Used to love walking my mates staffy when we were nippers.
Always ended up locking on to a brick or a broken tree branch. It had the bluntest teeth you’ve ever seen. Great days :)
