:hug: August I'm glad you gave it more thought, because I just don't see how I could possibly choose who I spend time around so well as to never have someone say something that makes my spidey senses tingle - and that goes for two days or 20 years sober. I think it's more about how I react and taking that pause whenever I feel irritated enough to lash out.

I won't agree with most people all the time. I'll agree with some people some of the time. I'd have to live in a cave with a dog to have a safe, judgement free life. And even then...I don't even agree with my own thoughts a lot of the time. That's why I need a Higher Power. That's where I find that *Pause* button.
