Local library 📚
I had forgotten that the local library has free books, no need to buy them. I got the 30 day sobriety solution there and there were tons of books on addiction. I don’t think there is a 30 day solution to solving my drinking but the book isn’t really about that, it’s tools to strengthen sobriety in 30 days. So not to seem like nerd 🤓 but the local library is a great place to find free literature on quitting alcohol and any other things you want to read about with your time freed up by being sober.
Dee,
I always wanted to be a librarian. I use to pretend my bookcase was a library and checked out my books to my friends. I find comfort at libraries. All that knowledge just waiting to be rediscovered.

I love my local library. I love that I can put a hold on books using my computer, then get an email when it's in and go get it. I love the feel of the library. It feels peaceful and quiet.
My youngest daughter got her first library card when she was two. She always wanted to go to the "yabiddy" and get a "bik".
