It’s now 2.30 am and not a wink of sleep in me, hope it starts getting better again, I was enjoying falling to sleep and having a proper sleep

I hope it gets better for you, too.
My sleep pattern is so crazy I gave up trying to control it. I wait till I'm so tired I can't keep my eyes open, then go to bed.
Sometimes it's 4am sometimes it's 8pm.
I feel ya. Sweet dreams!

Sorry to hear you're not sleeping well. I did not sleep a wink last night. I did take a nap this afternoon but now I feel I'll totally throw myself off. Trying to be kin to myself and not beat myself up for napping during the day when I need to be getting stuff done. But I've never had a good sleep pattern unfortunately. Hope you get some rest soon!

My sleep pattern is really odd, even in sober life. I usually am asleep early and awaken a couple times a night when I get up and do something until I feel I can sleep again. Then I'm up by four or five in the morning. I'm sure if I stayed up later I might wake up less, but when I'm tired I let myself sleep. I have gotten used to it. One thing I don't do is just stay in bed when I am awake and let my mind run.

My sleep pattern was erratic for the first few weeks but gradually got better. Give it time.

Hang in there!! My sleep was weird at first, stabilizes after about a month, was great for the next few months, and then had a bit of an odd pattern for a week. It’s been fine since. It should straighten out for you.

Thats rough. I try to remember when my sleep gets messed that it's still better sober, sometimes it doesn't feel that way, but it really is in the long run...because I at least have the OPTION of a good sleep.
