Hello again
 

Hi , after a long absence from the forum I came in to say hello to you all .

I cant even remember my sober date ,i'm guessing last July or Aug .

I,m sober from alcohol but went through a weird spell of tramadol and diazepam which I am happy to say is over .

I attend a 1 hour session with a drugs and alcohol counselor who is working with me using CBT .

Lots upsetting and negative life events have happened over the past months the latest being the death of my sons best friend .

I don't know why I drifted away from here ,not looking for excuses ,I think I just kind of flipped with everything not just dropping out of here .

Anyway i'ts nice to be here seeing lots of the old and new members .
