Day 13
 

Hi guys... day 13 here. First time I was offered a drink today and I said no I dont drink. So weird saying it but it felt good. Cos it's also no I dont bury my head in the sand of life anymore. Hope everyones doing ok.

As far as I could, I actually avoided any situation where there might be alcohol for a while.

It wasn't running away from life or anything - now I can go anywhere and do anything...but I had to work up to that....

I was simply shoring up the odds that I'd make it as a permanently sober person :)
