One month today
iv made it one month today spent a long time only getting three weeks but this time I got through. I feel so much better mentally emotionally and I do not want that nightmare cycle back. Thanks so much for support. I know still early days but I’m feeling positive have been exercising regularly and I’m so hreatful to be at this point. Been a while
