Day 1 accountability
Do whatever it takes to keep things going. I find that checking in a couple times a day helps me regardless of how I am feeling to keep my mind fit. It's a marathon, and sometimes we need to take water from the side of the road.

Well up for day 2, had not to bad sleep, just an evening of being bit unsettled. Will go to work then go see my grandma, then do some housework and try for early night again. Its easter holidays next week so 2 weeks off work, trigger, but im determined to make most of holidays for once and actually go back to work refreshed, so im making a plan of lots of activities to keep me busy and on track. Going to try some new healthy recepies and eat clean too to try help my body heal
I'm happy to read that you are planning other activities for your time off, Tinkerbeau. Extended times of changes in routine can be tricky to navigate for some of us. Cook away to your heart's content, it can be a lot of fun to do that for yourself or for others. Healthy days ahead!
