Day 10
wow double digits and the longest I have been sober this year.
It has has not been hard to come off it this time that final bad experience I had was the straw that broke the camels back and made me realise any alcohol consumption is impossible for me to handle.
i do enjoy the NA beers and find them helpful to get past a sticky bump in the road.
Still smoking cigarettes and dong think I can quit them at the moment.
i never want to go back to the dark days of drinking I just want to move on with the rest of my life.

I wish you the best with it.
I couldn't go the NA beer route - reminded me too much of the real thing - and in the end I found a lot of lovely drinks that didn't endlessly remind me of what I used to love to drink.
