A glimpse into the old me, the happy me

As myself & husband sat in the sunshine this morning, he said I saw the veg patch you tried to make in the week, I ruined half the garden ha, but we laughed & laughed so hard, and during this moment I thought to myself this feels fantastic, normally I would be in bed feeling low and hating myself etc etc it just felt so good to be content and happy

It is those moments we need to reflect on when we get tempted. I had a similiar one with my son this week. I felt the same...wow, this is great and I am so happy in the moment with him. Hope you keep having those moments!!
