I liked that book too - 30 Day Solution - though it didn't "work" for me at the time - truth is I didn't do the right work at the time. But I remember it had some great methods and activities that I used later when I finally got sober. In fact, thinking of it now made me remember when I started drinking again after I read it. Sigh - what a waste.

But anyhow I'm grateful I got here regardless. It's in you too brother. Keep it moving. Sober dads of the world unite ha, can't be enough of us out here.
