I'm not religious, either. I make AA work for me anyway. "Higher Power" can be whatever you want it to be. And, there is a lot of good stuff there for athiests and agnostics. Take what you need, and leave the rest. I just find that there's not really a substitute for the fellowship I get there.

I go into each job with the expectation of being fired within 6 months max. I know I am a terrible employee. ADHD and alcoholism are job killers. Even completely sober it won't work out if I don't find it interesting on some level. I'm not made for the modern world
