Please help me
Tinker, I am so happy that you reached out to us. You came to the right place. After all we all been there. Like everyone else said, eat, drinks lots of water and open up the curtains and feel the warmth of the sun and get excited "cause now you are in control and you will be free. Go for a walk, join a gym, read a book etc...you can do this!! The reward is even better. Stay strong!!
Tinker, know you are not alone and that you won’t always feel the way your feeling now. You might call and make a Doctors appt to discuss with him/her what is going on....they are here to help. Be kind to yourself and know that I’m thinking of you
If there is a local number for AA, give it a call. Sometimes, face-to-face support is available (although many AA numbers are just a recording). But it can't hurt to try!

You’ll never annoy people posting here. Everyone is hugely supportive and there’s no judgement here. I was in a similar boat to you, so lost and alone, but I’m on 18 days now and already my head is in a far better place. I feel stronger and more resilient, and everything’s much clearer. You have to want to stop. If you want to stop you can do it! And as said in this thread, just make sure you speak to your doctor to manage withdrawals. We’re here to support you. You are not alone!!
Oh Tinker I can almost feel your pain and fear. I have been in those depths myself too many times.
Try not to feel ashamed, its not your fault. Your not well.
Phone the crisis mental health team and ask for help, nowhere near as scary as it sounds. Please don't suffer alone.
