Day 3 again. No promises.
Mic check. Day 3 but like I said, I don't want to get my hopes up. I talked to my therapist at the outpatient drug facility today. He said I need to be willing and consistent. I wish there was a higher power that could help me get out of self well and take direction. Love you guys.

for me it was a pretty simple equation.
the more effort and work I put into not drinking, and the more support I had to draw on when I needed it, the easier it was for me to make the right choices and stay sober.
