Sober As A Pancake Mate
Right, Sober people of SR in England it's Pancake Day Today i want to see pics of sober pancakes everywhere that you have all made on threads whether this one or a photo for your album or whatever make a sober pancake today make whatever you want (Myself i'm partial to any pancakes)
If cooking isnt your thing that is the impetus to do it it will bring untold joy and fun especially if you have little sober ppl helping out (kids)
Il be all on my own today and tonight but that wont stop this crazy wolf from flipping a few off later
If you do one thing today to boost your recovery go and make pancakes take some photos and have a little fun doing so
Make a wish or make a memory

I wish my fairly picky teenage son would eat pancakes for dinner. He is particular about not having breakfast foods outside of certain hours of the day. I would love a big pile of them today.

I would take pics but the pancakes are all in my belly lol!!
I made different ones this year and they were to die for. Used a cup of wholemeal flour, large banana, cup of water, tbsp of flaxseed, tbsp cacao powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt......all blended together.
Then I made about 6 of them (they come out like scotch pancakes so quite fluffy) and inbetween each one I placed a thinly sliced pineapple ring that I had grilled on the griddle, a sprinkle of cinamon and a dollop of natural yoghurt, added another pancake and repeat!
They were the bomb!! xx
