That sounds aweful...but it could have been a lot worse. At least you are okay and not in jail. You should feel better soon too. I hope this is a wake up call and you strengthen your plan.

I hate this feeling on day 1, knowing that a drink will make me feel better but is also the very thing making me feel so bad.


That’s the insanity of alcoholism. Drinking the poison makes you feel better for a few hours, until you feel even worse.

You have to break that downward spiral, and it’s really hard to do by yourself. See a Doctor for some medical help, that’s what worked for me.
