Mucho grey skies overhead, storm Freya is due to pay a visit late this afternoon. I am not keen on naming these regular cyclones as "storms," it makes them sound much worse than they are in reality. It keeps the tabloid newspapers happy though and gives them a chance to issue dire warnings.
Now I've put that thought on a post it'll probably be the worst storm ever or something

Batten down the hatches at soutchik tower, just in case....
Just starting my Sunday. Plans are breakfast, make my lunches for the week (veggie packs), clean out the fridge, trim and wash the dog, then the highlight of the day; Ukulele stum with other club members. I wish my daughter would join me, but she's lost interest I guess.

Brilliant! It’s getting better weather for training in. I think I’ll agree with Alex and prefer cartoons.....I just don’t understand football!
I Don’t even understand the offside rule (me and millions, I guess) I had it explained like going shopping for handbags (bear with me). I’m in a queue and there’s a woman in front of me in the queue and I want the handbag on the shelf and want to stop her buying it but I’ve forgotten my purse. I can’t jump the queue unless my friend throws me my purse so I can nip in and buy it!
does that sound something like?
