"Don't Worry, He Won't get Far on Foot" is great. You can find it on Amazon (TV)- trailer online.

Joaquin Phoenix plays the lead and you learn in the preview that he has a terrible car accident with permanent consequences- Jack Black has a small but important role. The story is poignant, rough, and funny at times.
