Day 8 I think

Still here. Thought about drinking yesterday. No meetings in 3 days. Hanging by a thread. Please God don't let me drink.

Always the best prayer - can you go to a meeting today? Planning that it in especially after 3 days would be the best idea I could have had on top of that prayer.

Be proactive go to a meeting do something productive don’t just sit around and wait . You can do this

Take action--you are setting yourself up to fail press. Be honest.

Get to a meeting today and get some counseling appointments scheduled.

What about outpatient referral?

You can beat this thing, but you have to want it bad enough
