Day 3
im doing well, a bit of insomnia last night and was late for work but a major advantage was I was not hungover.

have been eating regularly. Had a sudden dizzy spell presumably down to PAWS.

Alcohol holds zero benefits to me and countless negatives.

Well done. So pleased to read your post. Day 3 prob still withdrawing. On Day 4 i usually start to feel a bit better. Hope you do too.
