Congrats Doris

I hope that whatever you decide to do, you can get down to nothing - smokes or vapes - pretty quickly.

I stopped smoking over a decade ago and my lungs thank me everyday.

I switched from smoking to vaping 37 days ago...I have an appthat keeps track. It says at a pack a day...I've not smoked 752 cigarettes,
and saved $489. Most importantly though...my chronic cough is gone, and I feel sooo much better. I quit the same day I quit drinking.
It's much easier to bite both bullets at once. I've tried cold turkey, patches, chapix...everything...none worked. I haven't had a single cigarette since I switched.

It really is worth trying.....I was on the fence about it for a while. If I could just flat out quit...I would have done it 20 years ago.
Another factor was knowing full well that when I've stopped drinking in the past...I would smoke like crazy. And as Natom posted
earlier...if you don't get on well with the one you ordered....or you need better nicotine juice, visit a good vape shop. It was very helpful
for me to get shown in person how to prime coils and put in the juice.

I'm using a fairly high nicotine level because I don't want to feel deprived right now. I figure I'll drop down slowly as time goes.
My doctor is very pleased about it...

Most importantly...congratulations on 17 days sober Doris!!! You are doing awesome and it is a beautiful day!!!!
