5+ years of sobriety.... and yes.

Yes, it does.

That's not to say it's constantly better..... there are struggles aplenty along the way. Particularly the first year or two.

But overall, yes.... the trend is toward better and better and better. LIfe becomes deeper and deeper. Self becomes healthier and healthier..... Spirit is more and more present and deserving..... it's better. And better. And better....
