Day 1

Back to day 1 , and it's almost over. I DID NOT drink today. And that's all I can do right now. Been reading lots of posts, feeling ok.
Looking forward to sleep tonight. .......

Hope you feel better. I remember my Day 1 was alot of counting the hours until the alcohol was out of my body. Then counting the hours until the worst was over. Then counting the hours until my head would get out of the fog. I hated every hour!

Congrats on making it through Day 1! Take care of yourself and in a few days it WILL begin to feel better. Then ride that momentum. And don't forget to take care of you. Good luck.
