update

went back work today. felt great. still some problems after surgery but not to bad. still sober. will start light workouts tomorrow take care. john

good to hear! I know when I was 'laid up' getting sober I was getting bored and getting cabin fever after a while,so getting back to work/life was great for me.

It almost felt like my life was getting back to normal. Once I get back in the gym, I'll feel great. Got a doctor's appt. in a few weeks for some blood tests, then it's just check-up every three months. Thanks everybody for all your support. It made a big difference. John

Well, someone said on my last thread when I was feeling sorry for myself that people won't know what's going on with me unless I let them know. Even a bonehead like me can learn. LOL John
