Gonna release that stuck record one more time mate, have you managed to get along to an AA meeting yet ?....just saying.... it really could be useful, you’ll never know if you don’t give it a go.
I really can relate to the feelings you describe, I’ve been there a number of times in sobriety and also felt I was doing everything possible - training / posting etc etc, I don’t know how this works but know it has done previously and is doing again for me now (it didn’t when I stopped working it and guess what I relapsed - funny that hey but certainly not rocket science), it definitely doesn’t for everyone - far from it but for those that do you hear it mentioned a life beyond your wildest dreams - it is on offer.
One thing I am doing more than anything at present is actually listening to others - I really don’t have all the answers despite my thinking that I have always known best.
