First day back at work
 

After a week off, just finishing up my second day alcohol free today. Kept myself hydrated and eaten plenty of food, football game was played and I’m back at home now sipping my water.

Been sweating hot and cold for most of the day but it’s eased up now. Didn’t sleep at all last night just lay there quietly and rested my body. Should sleep well tonight. I’m not really sure whether I believe in god but if there is one, I think he’s been looking down on me the past couple of days

Things are peaceful tonight, trials I know are to come but I’m hopeful with the support here, I can face them with courage and determination

Been a tough day craving wise today, just trying to see it out really until bed
