New here
Hi,
I was here awhile ago and now I've come back. I went into treatment and have a year sober but I am struggling and just looking for extra support. I've been having using dreams too. Anyway, glad to be back here.

Congratulations on a year that's a great accomplishment.
I'm sorry you're struggling.
Just remember, there's nothing a drink or drug will make better.
I've never woken up and said, 'boy, I'm glad I drank/used yesterday'.
Welcome back and please stick around, you'll find a lot of support here.

A year is outstanding & should be recognized.
When I get to that milestone, I will celebrate it with an ice cold imported spring water.
The struggles are real I am learning. Only 6 days with out a drink.
Warmest regards,
WarmRain.

Welcome Tigressa (love that!).
Congrats one one year- a milestone worthy of recognition.
You are right- support on a daily basis is very important. You have that here. I log one to SR daily, and learn by what I share- just typing the words helps my brain get growth. Lots to get involved with.

It never hurts to keep sobriety fresh by trying something different. Good move to give SR another go and congrats on a year!
Also, they may feel foreboding, but try not to read too much into those drinking/using dreams. Just enjoy a sense of relief when you wake up.
