Heh. Thanks for asking.

Well... literally 10 minutes after being released I was driving home - planned to stop at the grocery store - and my car died on the side of the road. So I spent most of my day Saturday & Sunday getting it towed and helping a mechanic I know diagnose, etc. It was the fuel pump, we replaced it yesterday.

I laughed about it really - grateful for the timing as it was a lot easier to deal with without having to ask permission from anyone.

Saturday evening I was in a funk. Ordered some food and just binged some TV.

Sunday I felt pretty good (after getting the car fixed.) But today has been the first day I've really just been walking around smiling.

It's the little things. And it'll take some adjustment. But I'm in a very good place overall.

Looking forward to a fantastic, and sober, 2019.

Good sign -- the thought of drinking just makes me literally feel repulsed. There's really nothing about it that seems appealing to me. I think I'm growing toward my goal of just becoming completely indifferent to it.

Thanks again folks. Much appreciated.
