I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I lost mine twelve years ago and it was before my real drinking problem started. I agree the best way through it is to experience all of your feelings sober, journal lots and surround yourself with support. I am glad you were able to do that. It makes such a huge difference in recovering from such a loss. Wishing you strength in your continued journey, both in your sobriety and recovering the loss of your mom.
