one year
So today I celebrate one year sober
wow I can't believe it has gone in so fast !
What I've realised most is my strength and determination. One year ago I would have said I've none !!
I get to celebrate new year in paris in Disney land with my 10 year old daughter
AND I intend to recapture my childhood and go on all the rides
Eat the lovely French food and drink lots of coffee
Thank you to each an every one of you lovely people for all your kind support throughout this year
Happy new year all x
cara xx

This is one thing that impressed me too when it happened. Having the power to be in control and to be able to choose a lifestyle that is no longer destructive. No more addictive slavery. That's self empowerment and freedom. It's a rush!
