So earlier I was reading through another thread and someone mentioned the podcast called “The Bubble Hour”. I can’t remember who shared it but THANK YOU!
This podcast is about sobriety and dives into a lot of different AF techniques and plans. It has already helped me personally better set my own boundaries and accept my alcoholism. There is one show in particular I chose to listen to first because it’s topic was enjoying a sober holiday season. I needed that one!
