90 days sober physical changes
90 days sober physical changes
Officially 90 days today. I want to take a minute and talk about how much better physically I feel. Waking up without a hangover, for 90 days. Wow. I feel like a different person. And actually sleeping, getting actual sleep! I cannot say enough how different I feel, how much better I feel with sleep and no hangover. I haven’t puked in 90 days!! That was a daily occurance before!
Physically I look so much better too, my eyes are clear, my skin is clear, my hair is healthier, and I look about ten pounds thinner, which is mostly due to not being bloated! My rings are loose, and so are my pants. I guess that’s what 90 days of not pouring poison in your body will do. Today I am grateful for my health! Thanks for listening!

Kiki, so happy for you and congrats on 90 days. I'm right behind you. I too have felt the benefits of not in taking daily poison. With the improved health and fitness and clear mind, away goes the anxiety (health anxiety especially), the anger, self loathing, despair, lethargy, and, and,and...
It truly is freeing, isn't it?

congrats on 90 days! I’m approaching six weeks and feel a gazillion times better just as you described. I can handle life better, less anxiety is different (maybe healthier if that makes sense) and overall I feel pretty happy not to mention all the great physical benefits!

Awesome share and good for you, Kiki! I too saw a great shift forward in a lot of ways, around 90-100 days. For some reason, getting into the 100s is a stage I remember as very positive momentum.
Keep taking care and going forward!
