Nothing much to say. The title says it all. To all you bullies out there try to learn love and compassion. Otherwise I will be cancelling my membership of this site. Any positive responders I look forward to hearing from you.
I hope you can make this your turning point, sweetichick - it's a great opportunity.
Please try and resist the urge for a 'last hurrah' too. You could have a really good sober Xmas and make your mum happy into the bargain
As for bullies - I'm sorry you feel that way.
Anna and I work very hard to make sure no posts cross the line.
Like I've said before I don;'t know anyone here who wishes you harm - we all want to see you well and happy
best wishes

That's fantastic news Sweeti SO pleased and proud of you.
Please try not to make this Christmas a 'final party' - however tempting it might be and it will be for sure.
A whole new year and life are waiting for you Look forward to sharing it all with you.
Hugs Xx (Cat's on keyboard or would write more)

We get on well Sweeti - you're my favourite person on here and I have to confess that in the past, even I got upset when you relapsed.
I suspect others did too because honestly, we all care so much about you and want you to be free of all the upsets and hassles of the past year.
Sometimes when people get upset they are perhaps a little less tactful than normal and I suspect that is what has been coming across, rather than 'bullying' itself
I am so freakin' happy that you're heading for rehab - I'll miss our pm's while you're away but will be thinking of you every step of the way.
Hugs and much love my friend

This is fantastic news!!! I have been hoping something AMAZING would happen and the change would come for you.
Hard work will pay off.
I also agree with everyone above, no more hoorahs they usually end with so much regret and in your case with your liver situation, I would hate for it to actually be your last.
Many Blessing's to you,
DC

What's your sobriety plan for the next two weeks? I see you said detox on the 2nd,so does that mean drinking until then? Detox will be a lot easier with less days of drinking(none would be awesome) between now and the 2nd.

Hi Sweeti
Im happy you have decided to go into treatment in the new year.
You stuck up for me once when I was being bullied on this site.
when someone is struggling and feeling low the last think they need is someone who has been sober awhile talking down to them saying things like:
You don't want to be sober.
You want to drink more than you want to be sober.
Your not trying. Why are you on this forums.
Comments like these are totally unacceptable and bullying so ignore them.
i wish you well over Christmas x

Awesome news!!! I'm really glad to hear that, how long do you get to stay for?
I really hope it goes well, as the others have said try not to fall into the trap of having a blow out over Christmas that will make the experience so much harder than it needs to be.
How wonderful to have some hope for the New Year, I hope it's the start of something great.

I can only recommend the same things I recommended to Sweetichick - report the post, drop me or Anna a pm, or use the ignore function.
We can't act on something if no one tells us its a problem.
I hope your recovery's going well, and I hope you'll start another thread of your own as an update. You're sure to get a lot of support and good ideas HC
