Sober Good Morning

Made it! Day 2.
Didn't sleep great. But that's the price one pays in these early days.
Ooo I rhymed!

Today I'm planning on going slow and taking deep breaths. Seriously. That's my actual plan.

Congratulations. Just take it one day at a time and you can do it.

I'm holding my breath. Day three was a hard one for me, but as I recall, when I committed to no more drinking ever, it got easier after that 3rd day. Maybe it took a week. I can't remember for sure. I do remember day 4, and can't remember how bad the cravings were, but I remember being stunned that I had made it for 4 days.

Congratulations on day two.
I'm glad you have a plan. Any healthful plan is better than no plan.
Best to you, and on to day three.

Congrats on day 2 - i'm all for keeping it simple but you're probably going to need more than going slow and deep breaths

this is a great link on how to build a recovery action plan
https://www.soberrecovery.com/forums...very-plan.html (What exactly is a recovery plan?)
