I can certainly testify to the efficacy of building a sober life I love. Its just me, but I wouldn't call it controlling my drinking tho - it's more accepting and recognising the drinking as the self destructive and totally insane life stealing thing it is for me and drinkers like me. D |
Thanks for post, definitely food for thought . I think everyone deserves a life they don't want to escape from it's just figuring how to get one that's the hard part. |
I built a new sober life from the wreckage of my drinking days. :) It took some effort but is worth it. :) |
