Where does it come from ?
 

I tried to find the original thread but having issues finding old threads at the mo so in the meantime take from this what you will - it is a voiceover from a tv show that ive always taken at a deeper level like a friend was telling me this in a time of crisis or having an epiphiny about something - This was first posted when i joined this site 4 glorious years ago when i was a fresh faced 13 month sober young wolf and for me the words still stand true today

So i woke up around half 5 this morning and went straight to the bathroom and washed my face got dressed etc and proceeded to ring mrs sw thinking funny she normally texts when she is up so i call in case she has slept in and yep you have already guessed it im thinking its monday and im dressed ready to go and mrs sw says its sunday starts laughing at how bad ive messed my days up and promptly went back to sleep so i went ahead with a weightlifting session
