I am really please for you Serenity, you sound so much calmer and more composed today. It must be a relief to get the medication sorted and know you are going to get some trauma counselling, apprecite the NHS is a complete nightmare to get any help from nowadays and the waiting lists are long but at least you are on the list now!!

The walking group sounds like a lot of fun, exercise is great to calm the mind and gets those natural feel good chemicals moving round your body. Let us know how the walk goes!

Take care and be kind to yourself xx

All sounds great! The walking/running sounds extra-great because it is something free that you will be doing for yourself! I hope it really helps to lift your mood!

I'm so glad to hear you joined a walking/running group. Long walks have made such a positive impact on my life. I hope that you find the same.
